Our Story

At 1st Call Exteriors and Construction, construction isn't just what we do, it's who we are. Our roots go back to our father, one of the former owners of this company, whose passion for building, fixing, and creating laid the foundation for everything we stand for today. He believed in honest work, treating people with respect, and taking pride in every detail. When he passed, we knew the best way to honor his legacy was to carry on that tradition as a family owned and operated business. 

For more than 25 years, we have been proud to call Colorado Springs home. This community is more than just where we work, it is where are raising our families, where we have built friendships, and where we have invested our lives. That is why we have never been about pushy door-to-door storm chasing sales tactics or "quick buck jobs that too often give the industry a bad name. Instead, we've built our reputation on trust, quality, and doing the right thing by our neighbors.
